Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from homeowners
Schedule roofing inspections and service appointments
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Provide updates on projects and answer general inquiries
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
Support marketing campaigns with appointment confirmations
Ensure every customer interaction reflects our high service standards
Previous customer service experience (call center or remote experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls/messages
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy (comfortable using CRM systems, email, scheduling software)
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
