We have built unique and Industry’s first Integrated Hardware, Cloud & AI Technologies based Virtual care Platforms for PCP Market. We are a Post revenue company with customers in 7 States and growing extremely fast.
Now we are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and execution-driven individual with extensive experience in HealthCare Industry specifically in the Patient Engagement Area (provider side) to join our team, with a hands-on & “roll-up-your-sleeves” work culture.
In this role, the primary responsibility is to drive and manage the Patient Enrollment & Engagement function. With our unique business model where our revenue is directly dependent on successful Patient engagement, this role can make or break our company’s success and hence will play a key role in HBox
Responsibilities
- You will own the Patient enrollment and engagement strategy & execution of the same.
- You will create & report unique and innovative KPIs that drive the success of HBox.
- Build result-driven teams of Enrollment specialists and Care Coaches that serve customers in all states we operate.
- Leverage data to manage performance and priorities for the Patient Enrollment & Engagement teams and channel critical customer feedback to the Product team
- You should apply the latest research and techniques (Behavioral science, Gamification) to Patient engagement
- Lead the organization in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment
Profile
The right person for this role is:
- 10+ years experience in the healthcare industry especially gained by implementing Digital Health trends and tools in Provider Organisations
- 7+ years of experience in the Patient Engagement function
- Passionate about empowering the Medicare population to lead an Active & Healthy Life and creating exceptional value & ROI for our Business customers.
- Experience developing key business metrics and track record of consistently delivering against targets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building and leading multiple customer-facing teams with a focus on implementation, engagement, and retention
- Exceptional team player capable of driving customer-focused initiatives cross-functionally
- Completely self-driven and motivated; Thrives working independently.
