We're looking for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Heartland House a master's‑level social work professional trained and licensed to provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic services. LCSWs work with individuals, families, and groups to address mental, emotional, and social challenges, while also advocating for clients within broader systems. Develop treatment plans and coordinate case management interventions. Maintain comprehensive client records and adhere to professional ethical standards. May supervise associate staff, contribute to program evaluation, community outreach, education, and staff training.
Requirement;
It is necessary to have supervised post-master's clinical experience in mental health or medical settings for at least one to two years, usually two to three.

Master of Social Work (MSW) from a program certified by the CSWE
Knowledge of EHR systems, documentation, managing caseloads, and coordinating teams
Familiarity with local community resources and mental health treatment methods
