Requirements;
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and track telehealth appointments, including no-shows and cancellations.
Serve as the primary contact for patients and clinicians accessing virtual visits; provide remote technical guidance.
Verify and update patient data in EHR systems, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times.
Support billing and insurance processes, including prior authorizations, claims coordination, and invoicing
Conduct audit tasks like master patient index reviews and daily visit audits.
Basic technical problem-solving for patients and providers
Familiarity with insurance verification, billing workflows, referral processes, or prior authorization.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry standards
Familiarity with secure messaging platforms and communication tools
