Position: UI/UX Designer

Summary
The UX/UI Designer Level 1 will support the UX Team in taking complicated tasks and processes and make them seem easy and intuitive while delivering business-driven results. They will partner with other UX designer, Marketing, Media, Graphic Designer team members in the execution and delivery of successful products and services, using a customer-focused, iterative design process.
This individual will be largely responsible for maintaining the consistency of the brand across all channels.

Responsibilities
- Perform competitive analysis and research for projects
- Conduct competitive and best-in-class analyses of other websites and apps to inform your work
- Translate user research and strategy insights into UX Design deliverables such as user stories, experience maps, user flows, site maps, sketches, wireframes, etc.
- Help design and craft interactive prototypes for feedback
- Explore new, competing experiences and UX/UI methods
- Support the UX Designer II with usability testing, assessing results and searching all platforms for future testing opportunities
- Work with internal and client teams to design and build user-friendly forms, applications and interfaces based on functional specifications
- Meet all project requirements with a high standard of detail-oriented design execution
- Review user adoption of deliverables and acceptance testing
- Ensure all versions of project UI/UX documents are complete, current, and stored/archived appropriately
- Present all documentation to internal teams
Qualifications
- Extreme interest in connecting the dots between business needs, innovation and good design
- Results and deadline driven
- Obsessed with good user-centered design practices
- Impeccable visual skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to create, understand and revise information architecture documents and diagrams including but not limited to: content diagrams, content maps, wireframe diagrams, comprehensive diagrams and static prototypes
- Passionate about understanding current and emerging UX/UI trends with the ability to keep the team stakeholders informed on shifts in the industry
- Experience with a variety of design tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, In Vision and other similar programs
- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience as a key, hands-on interaction/visual designer of a UI/UX team through the product development cycle of successfully launched web, mobile, and/or software applications
