About the role

At Heritage Healthcare North Tyneside & South Northumberland, we provide expert care at home, supporting people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

This is a people-focused role, where you’ll build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day.

Your role will include:

  • Companionship – building trust and meaningful connections
  • Personal care – supporting with washing, dressing, and dignity
  • Medication management – administering and supporting with medication safely in line with care plans and training
  • Daily support – meal preparation and light domestic duties
  • Mobility assistance – helping clients stay active and safe

What we’re looking for

  • A kind, caring and reliable person
  • Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to Work in the UK

No previous experience needed – we provide full training and ongoing support.

For this role, we require a female support worker due to a genuine occupational requirement, based on the preferences and personal care needs of the people we support.
