The Role

Are you seeking a rewarding role that provides consistency and deep relationships with clients? We are looking for compassionate Live-In Care Assistants to provide 24/7 residential care to clients in their own homes, becoming an integral part of their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• 24-Hour Support: Providing personal care, companionship, and practical assistance.
• Household Management: Cooking, cleaning, and managing the home environment.
• Health Support: Monitoring health and assisting with medication.
• Companionship: Building a trusting, long-term relationship.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 years of professional care experience.
• Ability to work independently without on-site supervision.
• Flexibility to stay in placement for 4–12 weeks.
