The Position:
The Brand Success Manager position is at the forefront of the company, as you will help ensure that we maintain and continually improve client relationships. We are seeking a person who is committed to becoming the trusted advisor for our clients’ internet marketing needs and to help grow each client with the full range of HigherVisibility solutions.
Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Digital Marketing Agency experience is a MUST
- Have proven experience managing B2B and consumer accounts
- Proven experience working with multiple accounts or projects
- Be an outstanding relationship builder, and skilled at navigating organizational roadblocks, budget cycles, and competitive dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and perform in a previous capacity
- Must be highly organized and analytical
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Hard-working, positive, down-to-earth, goal-oriented, analytical
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with SEO, Web Design, and Social Media is a big plus
- Self-motivated with an enthusiasm for the web industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Stewardship & Growth of Client Partnerships
- Maintain and expand on a high level of strategic and tactical prowess
- Understand the internet marketing services and tactics available to Clients and how to implement, maintain, and grow them.
- Be an advocate for data-driven analysis to drive value and grow partnerships
