Enter data into internal software system to ensure accurate production paperwork is generated
Main Responsibilities:
- Entering a high volume of order lines with a high degree of accuracy for orders originating from fax and e-mail
- E-mail customers with discrepancies in orders such as specifications and pricing
- Follows through on all questions in a timely manner
- Reviews all information and paperwork on each order to ensure all information
- Support CS team in all filing needs on a daily basis (orders)
- Establish close working relationships with internal clients and customers, understanding their business and how we can add value
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Maintain appropriate Customer Service controls and documentation
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience
- Follow all Company related safety/environmental rules and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain a working environment that encourages and supports collaboration and teamwork
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1-year experience in customer service
- Proficient in English and French
- Solid demonstration of professional communications
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Good decision making and analytical skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good PC skills in Microsoft applications (SAP)
- Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records.
