JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will play an important role in driving sales and revenue for our roofing services. We will provide with the tools necessary to make you successful. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Sales Prospecting: Identify and present to potential customers through various means such as cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, and online lead generation.
2. Consultative Selling: Understand the roofing needs of potential clients and provide customized solutions. Educate customers about our products and services, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
3. Estimation: Provide detailed quotes and estimates to customers, clearly explaining pricing, materials, and the scope of work.
4. Client Consultation: Communicate with potential clients to assess their roofing needs and provide expert advice on the best roofing solutions based on their requirements, budget, and preferences.
5. Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
6. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
7. Documentation: Update and maintain detailed records of sales interactions, proposals, and contracts.
8. Collaboration: Work together with the roofing installation team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous sales experience, preferably in roofing or construction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Knowledge of roofing products and services is a plus.
- Ability to go on roofs using ladder is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- If have pickup truck and ladder is a plus
COMPENSATION
- Competitive base pay plus commission
