Job Title: Business Analyst

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
- Develop comprehensive business cases and project proposals
- Establish project timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects
- Interpret data and provide actionable insights to inform decision making
- Continuously monitor market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of cloud-based software and accounting industry experience is a plus
