We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both B2C (Business-to-Customer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) conversations, ensuring that all customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints are addressed promptly and effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues by investigating, troubleshooting, and escalating problems when necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Housemates products and services to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both individual customers (B2C) and business partners (B2B) by delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming to provide effective solutions and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as Sales, Operations, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product features, and policies to proactively address customer questions and provide relevant information.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, preferably in a B2C/B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools (e.g. Hubspot) is a plus.
