We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor with customer-facing experience to help us provide an exceptional booking experience. You will have the opportunity to work as an integral part of a small team, whilst developing your skills and abilities.
As a Customer Service Advisor at Housemates, you will be the friendly voice and main point of contact for all of our customers, both new and existing. You will engage with them through live chat, email, and phone, providing guidance and support throughout the booking process. Your main responsibilities will include delivering a high-quality experience and service and efficiently resolving issues.
This role is a full-time, permanent position. Due to the seasonality of student accommodation, you may be required to work flexibly.
