What are we doing
We are establishing a dynamic HUB dedicated to delivering cutting-edge programmatic services in the US. This team will spearhead a customer support framework, catering to a diverse range of clients, from medium enterprises to top-tier customers, within an innovative programmatic platform that's revolutionizing the ecosystem.
Required Experience
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience and capabilities in the ad tech industry.
- Understanding of ad tech platforms and hands on exposure with a DSP is required.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Either experience with data analysis, client engagement and management, marketing or
- hands-on media trading in the marketing or advertising industry - either full time or as
- part of your role
Key Responsibilities
- The role is focused on activation, project management, building client relationships, and
- leading cross-functional teams across accounts.
- Ensure client strategy is translated correctly into designated DSP.
- Engage daily with clients to manage requests, and priorities and support overall
- campaign management.
- Team management and internal communication.
- Ensure the team is following processes and using all available tools to operate
- efficiently.
- Proactive monitoring of performance working with Trading team members to improve
- performance over time and responsible partnering with Traders on associated client-
- facing communication.
- Maintain transparent documentation on activation details and progress for internal and
- external teams.
