Duration: 3 days per week, 3-6 months

Compensation: Unpaid Internship (Hands-on Experience & Portfolio Building)

 

Are you a hands-on creative looking to gain real-world experience in print production and large-format installations? We’re looking for a Print Production & Installation Intern to assist with in-house printing, banner creation, and installation across our properties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical printing work and practical field installation.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate in-house printing equipment to produce large-format banners, posters, and signage.
  • Work closely with the graphic design team to prepare and print materials accurately.
  • Assist in the installation of banners and signs at company-occupied properties, including climbing ladders to secure signage properly.
  • Ensure print quality control and troubleshoot minor printing issues.
  • Coordinate with a handyman for safe and efficient banner installations.
  • Maintain printing materials, including paper, ink, and other supplies.
  • Travel to different company properties for banner installation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good understanding of in-house printing and large-format printers.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) to assist with print file preparation.
  • Willingness to work hands-on and climb ladders for installations.
  • Detail-oriented with a practical mindset and a get-things-done attitude.
  • Ability to lift moderate weights and work both indoors and outdoors.
  • Having valid driving license is preferred
