Why Choose HOPE (Humanitarian Operations)?

Every employer looks for candidates with experience, and now more than ever the experience must be up to date. What is going to set you apart from the hundreds of other job applicants that apply alongside you? Have you worked on something that is going to drop jaws?

At HOPE we offer the most valuable, differentiating experience available to those looking to begin or advance their chosen careers. We either hire our team members or celebrate the day they get their opportunity to do exactly what they studied for and to excel at what they have experience in doing with us.

Those members of our team that have left to take up employment elsewhere have taken up positions of relative seniority. We help create leaders, as long as you are prepared to work for that goal.

Experience comes in all shapes and sizes, but none like the experience HOPE will offer you. Everything we do uses next generation technology and applications. The work you will be doing is admiral and will allow you to gain a degree of respect from your potential recruitment officer because you will be working on something of charitable necessity. During potential job interviews you will be able to demonstrate your ability by showing published work created as part of a team. This is real experience that will set you apart!

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in printing and a flair for physical and visual design. This hybrid role blends creativity and practicality, covering everything from signage and display production to set design and store layouts. You will play a key part in shaping the visual experience across our HOPE-occupied buildings, stores, exhibitions, and digital platforms.

Design and produce visual materials such as signage, banners, and other display graphics using in-house printing equipment

Install banners and visual displays on-site, ensuring professional, stable, and seamless finishes

Carry out monthly site checks to maintain visual installations, making repairs or replacements as needed

Collaborate on store, exhibition, and set design projects, contributing to layout planning and physical setup

Support inventory management, scheduling, and documentation for installations and visits

Coordinate with internal departments to align visual work with brand standards and marketing efforts

Requirements

Proven experience with large-format printing or signage production

Skilled in the use of tools and materials required for display and installation work

Comfortable with physical tasks and occasional work at height

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

A proactive and adaptable attitude

A valid driver’s license is a plus, as travel to multiple sites is required

Store interior design and visual merchandising

Set design for the upcoming Little Heroes Big Missions TV Show
