About the Role
We are seeking a tireless and experienced Business Development professional to spearhead our growth initiatives and drive strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in developing and executing successful business development strategies within the technology sector, with a focus on cloud computing and GPU solutions. The ideal candidate understands fast moving organizations and brings a low-ego, hyper-focused approach to driving Hydra’s vision. You will work closely with and report directly to the CEO.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of business development experience, focusing on technology solutions and cloud computing.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business development strategies, driving revenue growth, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, GPU solutions, and related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players, including technology companies, data centers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth, leveraging market insights and industry trends to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and drive customer acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Product Innovation: Work closely with the product development team to identify product innovation and enhancement opportunities, leveraging customer feedback and market insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, licensing agreements, and other business development opportunities, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closure.
- Due to the proximity to the C-suite, we are looking for someone with a flexible schedule who can work evenings and weekends as needed.
