We’re looking for a Partner Manager to build and scale strategic partnerships across the AI infrastructure ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands GPU compute, AI workloads, infrastructure economics, and can translate that into high-impact partnerships that drive revenue and growth.
You’ll work directly with leadership to identify, close, and grow partnerships with AI companies, model providers, data platforms, and infrastructure resellers.
Build Strategic Partnerships
Identify and develop relationships with hardware vendors, system integrators, and solutions vendors, focused on the ai infrastructure arena.
Source and close new partner opportunities aligned with Hydra Host’s GPU and bare metal offerings
Drive Revenue Growth
Own partner pipeline from outreach, joint value proposition, expansion, and go-to-market activities.
Create scalable revenue channels through resellers, affiliates, and strategic alliances
AI Infrastructure Positioning
Clearly communicate Hydra Host’s value in GPU compute, low-latency networking, and high-performance bare metal
Align partner needs with infrastructure solutions (training clusters, inference scaling, etc.)
Expand Ecosystem
Build relationships with:
OEM, System Integrators, and Ai-related ISVs
Data pipeline providers
Cloud & hybrid infrastructure players
Identify integration and co-selling opportunities
Partner Success & Retention
Ensure partners are successful and growing on Hydra Host
Track performance metrics and optimize partnerships over time
Own the Partner Portal with measurable results and partner KPIs.
3–5+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales
Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, GPU compute, or cloud/bare metal environments
Experience working with:
AI/ML companies or tools
Infrastructure or hosting providers
Technical products with complex sales cycles
Ability to:
Speak both technical and business language
Build relationships with founders, engineers, and executives
Navigate fast-moving, startup environments
Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA ecosystems, or AI training/inference pipelines
Existing network in the AI startup or infrastructure space
Background in data centers, hosting, or cloud infrastructure
