**Job Title:** Part-Time Shop Manager – I&E Training School

**Job Summary:**  
The I&E Training School is seeking a part-time Shop Manager with 5-10 years of field experience in instrumentation and electrical (I&E) systems to lead our training workshop. As Shop Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing a team of instructors, guiding students through hands-on activities, and ensuring the shop operates smoothly. We are looking for a skilled problem-solver and leader who can maintain a safe, efficient, and well-equipped learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the I&E training workshop, ensuring smooth coordination of training activities and equipment availability.
- Lead and support a team of instructors, coordinating schedules and resources to facilitate effective training sessions.
- Guide and assist students during hands-on exercises, promoting a safe and productive learning environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to maintain continuity of training activities.
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials and equipment for the shop.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure all students and instructors follow protocols within the workshop.

**Qualifications:**

- 5-10 years of field experience in instrumentation and electrical (I&E) systems.
- Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a training or workshop setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and manage unexpected issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and an ability to manage resources.
- Effective communication skills to support collaboration with students, instructors, and other team members.
