We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, workshops, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from conception to completion.
- Help manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations during events.
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the planning process.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, including invitations, programs, and event signage.
- Assist with on-site event management, including setup, registration, and attendee support.
- Gather feedback and assist in post-event evaluation to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance event offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.
