Icon V is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
- Following established procedures and protocols when handling customer inquiries and requests
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with call center systems and software is a plus
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
