Entry Level Sales Associate Wanted

Our growing company in Saint Louis is seeking an enthusiastic entry level sales associate to join our team. In this role you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, present product solutions, and close sales. Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and determine their needs and interests
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits
• Answer customer questions regarding products and pricing
• Suggest additional products or services that meet customer needs
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Participate in team sales meetings and training programs

Sales Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer proficiency
