We are looking for an experienced and outgoing Call Center Executive to join our team at IIQAF. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and exceptional telephone and computer skills.
Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer phone calls and emails in a professional and personable manner
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions while keeping customer satisfaction as top priority
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
• Take ownership of customer complaints and resolve them with a sense of urgency
• Maintain and manage customer databases and provide detailed reports
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with customer service standards
• Monitor outbound calls and messaging for quality assurance
Qualifications
• Proven work experience in a customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and great telephone etiquette
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle stress and different types of customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software
• High school diploma or equivalent/Bachelor’s degree preferred
