IIQAF is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing all transactions accurately and efficiently.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent problem solving, organizational, and communication skills. You must also be able to clearly communicate with customers and colleagues while being able to dependably handle monetary transactions. Our ideal candidate will have experience in similar positions and be passionate about providing impeccable customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and answer customer inquiries
• Process payments with accuracy and speed
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions
• Offer customer assistance when needed
• Balance cash drawers and follow appropriate cash handling procedures
• Ensure store shelves are stocked
• Make sure the customer service counter meets the company standards
• Participate in store promotional activities as necessary
Requirement:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working in a retail or customer service environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cash registers and other POS systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software
