You will analyze market data, conduct benchmarking studies, and make recommendations to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and attractive to current and potential employees. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation and benefits package offerings
- Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentives, and retirement plans
- Evaluate and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, dental plans, and retirement savings plans
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compensation and benefits programs are properly communicated to employees
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments or changes
- Provide guidance to HR and management on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job offers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience working in compensation and benefits analysis or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
