We at IIQAF are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries quickly and accurately. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and answer incoming calls
• Understanding customer needs and providing solutions promptly
• Handle customer complaints or escalations in an effective and professional manner
• Compile customer data and maintain customer records
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
• Keep up-to-date on company policies and procedures
• Monitor customer feedback and provide follow-up procedures
• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly
• Refer unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate staff member for resolution
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in business, marketing, communications or a related field
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of office software and Social Media applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours
