We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team at IIQAF to help manage the data entry and processing of client information. This position requires someone who has the skillset to maintain an accurate, organized and efficient system for data management. The successful candidate should possess knowledge of relational databases, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Entering data accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner
• Developing spreadsheets to enter and manage large data sets
• Following prescribed protocols for data entry and security
• Evaluating data accuracy by comparing it to source documents
• Troubleshooting data entry errors and finding solutions for improvement
• Generating reports, as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of prior data entry experience
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication ability
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
