Responsibilities

- Support team members in various departments by completing tasks as assigned
- Operate and maintain various equipment and machinery with proper training
- Assist with assembly and packaging of products according to specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery operation is a plus
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Flexibility to work in different departments as needed
