The House Keeper position at IIQAF is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the facility. The House Keeper will sweep, vacuum, clean, and organize all areas of the facility. The House Keeper must possess excellent customer service and communication skills with staff and Guests, as well as a commitment to providing the best experience for all Guests.
Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain all common areas, lobby, and guest rooms including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture
• Ensure all areas are safe and secure for Guests and staff by inspecting the areas for any hazards or damages
• Restock all amenities for Guests and staff
• Keep up to date on all cleaning supplies and supplies needed
• Follow established cleaning procedures for illness prevention
• Fill out all necessary report documentation
• Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Flexible schedule with the availability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred
• Be able to lift, push, and pull up to 30lbs
