We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payment Settlement Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for facilitating smooth and accurate payment processes for our clients and ensuring timely settlement of transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track payment transactions to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
• Review and verify all financial information and documentation related to payment processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in payment settlements.
• Communicate and coordinate with external partners, such as banks and vendors, to ensure smooth payment processes.
• Create and maintain detailed records of all payment transactions and settlements.
• Evaluate and improve payment processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding payment transactions in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance or banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial operations, payment processing, and banking regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs.
