We are seeking an efficient Receptionist to join our team at IIQAF. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the main reception and administrative areas of the office. You will be the front face of the organization, focused on providing our visitors and customers with an overall positive experience while maintaining data security standards.
Responsibilities
• Warmly greet visitors, customers, and guests before directing them to the appropriate office
• Maintain a professional reception area and keep it in an orderly and clean state
• Provide administrative support across the office, forwarding messages and completing basic paperwork
• Answer all incoming calls and inquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Register and register guests in the database
• Create documents and prepare reports when required
• Manage and distribute mail
• Oversee and manage the internal call system and assist with leave requests
• Respond to emails
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors
Qualifications and Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Receptionist
• Knowledge of general office administrative processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Highly organized with an attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A customer service mindset
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
