Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for management review
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of reconciliation processes for audit purposes
- Assist in the development and implementation of reconciliation policies and procedures
- Communicate with external vendors and internal departments regarding discrepancies and resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally with focus on reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
