As a Security System Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our organization. Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate security systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Respond promptly to security alarms and investigate any potential security threats or breaches.
- Review and analyze CCTV footage for suspicious activities or incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of security system activities, including incident reports, logs, and daily operational reports.
- Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of security systems to identify and address any technical issues or malfunctions.
- Coordinate with external emergency services, such as police or fire departments, when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security System Operator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
