Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction with the services provided.
• Resolve customer products or services issue through troubleshooting techniques.
• Monitor and maintain customer accounts.
• Record notes of customer inquiries in the system.
• Document all customer service activities.
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings at the highest level.
• Utilize customer service software to answer inquiries.
• Process transactions and refunds.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Monitor customer service areas to ensure an effective and efficient customer service operation.
• Address complaints and suggestions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with team projects and other customer service initiatives.
Requirements
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Knowledge of customer service concepts and principles.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other customer service software.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
