As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the storage and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment within the IIQAF premises. Your attention to detail, ability to stay organized, and keen sense of inventory management will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all supplies, materials, and equipment in the organization
• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming shipments to verify accuracy with purchase orders
• Sort, label, and store items in designated storage areas according to inventory procedures
• Ensure safe and proper storage of all materials, taking necessary precautions to avoid damage or loss
• Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill stock requests and distribute items accordingly
• Conduct regular stock checks, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and inventory areas at all times
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality with all information related to inventory and stock levels
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
