The Mission

The Account Executive is the primary engine behind our partner productivity. Your mission is to maximize the output of our existing B2B network. You will be the "face of the firm" for our partners, ensuring they have the tools, motivation, and strategic guidance they need to bring us high-quality leads. This is a role for a proactive communicator who knows how to turn a passive relationship into a revenue-generating partnership.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation through Partnerships: Actively manage a portfolio of current partners to ensure a consistent and increasing flow of qualified leads.
  • Relationship Management: Deepen existing ties through regular check-ins, identifying how we can better support our partners to achieve mutual growth.
  • Tactical Engagement: Organize and host webinars and offline meetings to keep partners engaged, educated, and excited about our residency and citizenship programs.
  • Performance Tracking: Closely monitor partner activities and conversion rates, evaluating which channels are performing and where we need to pivot.
  • Sales Execution: Lead the B2B sales process from the partner side, ensuring that the transition from "lead" to "client" is seamless.
  • Network Expansion: Identify and qualify potential new partners to integrate into our ecosystem.
  • Revenue Growth: Take ownership of your portfolio’s financial targets, identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue through cross-selling or optimized partner efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
  • Language Skills: Native or professional fluency in English (C1+) and Russian is essential, Turkish and other languages would be beneficial.
  • The "Proactive" DNA: You don't wait for leads to come to you. You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who knows how to persuade partners to act.
  • Industry Knowledge (Beneficial): Experience in the HNWI sector (Migration, Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Luxury Real Estate) is a significant advantage.
  • Negotiation & Influence: Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, or Monday.com).
  • Resilience: An open-minded professional who thrives under pressure and is relentlessly result-oriented.
