The Mission
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to act as a growth catalyst for our existing partner network. Your primary objective is to transform current relationships into a high-performing lead generation engine. We don't just need an account manager; we need a strategic closer who can persuade partners to bring us more business and maximize every opportunity within our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Development: Strategically collaborate with current partners to enhance the volume and quality of leads directed to the firm.
- Strategic Engagement: Host high-impact webinars and offline meetings to educate, motivate, and "re-activate" our partner network.
- Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor and evaluate partner activities using data-driven insights to identify gaps and push for higher output.
- Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new international partners to widen our global footprint.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize CRMs and project management tools to forecast performance and manage the pipeline with precision.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a key representative of Immigrant Invest at global events, fostering relationships with premium stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development (B2B sales and partnership management).
- Industry Knowledge (Beneficial): Experience in Migration Services, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Luxury Real Estate is a major plus.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and project management tools.
- Communication: Professional proficiency in English (C1+) and Turkish.
- The "Proactive" DNA: You are an entrepreneurial self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions. You are comfortable "pushing" partners and using your persuasion skills to drive additional revenue.
- Analytical Skills: You know how to forecast sales and thrive under the pressure of hitting concrete targets.
