We are hiring a full time Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for content and engagement across various social media platforms. This position is ideal for a candidate looking to gain hands on experience in digital marketing, social media engagement and office administration. This is a full time, in-office position.
Social Media Content Creator Position Tasks and Duties:
- Manage daily social media content posting providing relevant feeds for our target demographics
- Drive search engine optimization via strategic content placement, utilizing tags to drive maximum engagement
- Monitor inbound correspondence on social media platforms
- Manage content feeds through Buffer
- Other administrative duties as required
- Provide input and constructive feedback for online blogs
- Post daily online content for various clients
- Collaborate with clients to ensure images posted online accurate reflect the brand ethos
- Review, edit and update content as needed
- Manage PPC online content
- Create infographics and blog posts
- Design visually compelling digital graphics
- Design within the framework of the brand guidelines as set by leadership
- Keep up to date with current graphic design trends
Social Media Content Creator Qualifications and Recommended Skills:
- Understanding of expressive typography
- Knowledge of current social media trends
- Experience in content creation
- Extensive knowledge of social media posting platforms including but not limited to:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- Threads
- Hootsuite
- Medium
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proofread outgoing documents and content
- Experience with Figma or Canva is a plus!
- Great organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Detail oriented, possessing the ability to work well with our office team
