Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to reach and exceed sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences to promote Imperial Consulting Inc. and its products/services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, ideally in a consulting or professional services industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales plans
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required
