This time, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the company growth strategy and be a great gatekeeper to maintain organizational cultural heritage. You’ll report to the senior People and Culture Manager.
What you’ll do
- The company growth is in your hands! You’ll actively collaborate with top management to define the hiring needs, uncover requirements and map the talent pool to ensure the healthy growth of the team
- You’ll strategize the top of the hiring funnel and source potential candidates on various job platforms
- You’ll organize recruitment events, attend the University Career Fairs, organize seminars to promote company culture and vision to fresh graduates
- You’ll need to make sure each candidate has unforgettable recruitment experience and enjoys every interaction with Inbound team members
- You'll continuously work finding way how to optimize HR metrics and thrive for more creative ways of attracting and selecting talent
