Job Title: Service Now Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Service Management implementations and technical team.

• Collaborate with business partners to expand capabilities, creating customized solutions

• Ensuring Service Now feature implementation to platforms full capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Project management experience with 2+ years’ experience managing service

• Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations and functional capabilities.

• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications.

• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB

• Experience in client interfacing role is very important
