In this role, you’ll ensure that German-speaking hoteliers are not just satisfied but delighted with their cutting-edge software.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Support: Provide top-notch telephonic and ticket support, guiding clients to make the most of the software.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure customer service levels are consistently high, with KPIs and SLAs met daily.
- Seamless Transitions: Collaborate with the Implementations Team to smoothly transition client accounts to the support phase.
- Training: Empower hoteliers by training them on all aspects of the software, helping them maximize its potential.
- Proactive Outreach: Engage proactively with hoteliers, highlighting the added value of premium features.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with German-speaking teammates and other teams, contributing to a fun and productive work environment.
- Content Creation: Occasionally assist in creating educational video and written content, making it easy for hoteliers to use the software independently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Language Skills: Native-level fluency in German.
- Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in a technical customer support role.
- Hospitality Experience: Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, especially at the front desk or in reservations, is a plus.
- Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about technology and software, with a knack for upselling.
- Strong Prioritization: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where strong prioritization skills are essential.
- Empathy & Leadership: Patient, empathetic, and able to confidently lead conversations with clients at all levels.
