The Key Account Co-ordinator in Johannesburg plays a crucial role within the Key Account Management team, providing essential support to Key Account Managers (KAMs). This position is primarily responsible for coordinating tasks relevant across all operators in a centralized manner, while also supporting various commercial projects as required.
Your key job responsibilities as the Key Account Co-ordinator in Johannesburg will include:
- Possesses comprehensive product knowledge of the company’s games and products, along with a strong understanding of various API integrations.
- Coordinates new game launches with KAMs, ensuring that all relevant promotional materials are provided to operators in a timely manner.
- Assists in the coordination and presentation of demos and approvals for new games to Provincial Gambling Boards, including Proof of Concepts.
- Manages work orders for new games for operators and/or resellers.
- Ensures that updated limits and game rules documentation are available to KAMs when new games go live.
- Schedules key dates related to new game launches, including early adopter and global release dates, to ensure timely client communications.
- Supports the submission and approval process of due diligence documents.
- Collaborates with the legal team to draft and fully execute work orders for new games.
- Monitors ServiceDesk notifications, keeping clients informed of planned game downtimes, table closures, and reopenings.
- Conducts regular reviews of client websites and performs gap analyses to ensure all available games are being offered.
- Ensures monthly and quarterly KAM reports are accurately updated and accessible for KAMs in a timely manner.
- Coordinates the creation of content for external industry publications.
- Oversees the creation of BO, demo site, and client area accounts for staff and operators.
- Handles any other ad hoc duties related to the role and provides general support to KAMs.
- Conducts competitor analysis, including games/product offerings and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Holds a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Has prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming or eCommerce industry.
- Demonstrates excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Exhibits strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possesses the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Shows a high level of self-motivation with a proven ability to accomplish tasks independently.
- Is a proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
