Your Role: Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Developer Platform team, you’ll be the driving force behind the tools and infrastructure that empower our engineering teams to build with speed, quality, and security. You’ll collaborate closely with Infrastructure and Product Engineering teams to create a seamless CI/CD pipeline, implement security best practices, and solve complex challenges related to operating hundreds of microservices.
What You'll Do:
- Build the Future: Design and develop tools, frameworks, and infrastructure that enhance the productivity and security of the entire engineering organization.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with engineering teams and stakeholders to gather feedback, continuously improve the internal developer experience, and drive innovation across the company.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead the charge in implementing new tools and processes that boost team productivity, efficiency, and overall developer satisfaction.
- Ensure Stability: Participate in the weekly Platform on-call rotation to maintain platform stability and reliability, ensuring a smooth experience for developers and end-users alike.
What You Bring:
- Technical Expertise: A BS in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience. You’re well-versed in CI/CD pipelines, security, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerized microservices, and developer experience best practices.
