We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
Provide first-level support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related equipment
Monitor and respond quickly to incoming support requests via ticketing system, email, or phone
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, email, and internet connectivity
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems
Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when required
Maintain documentation of support activities, inventory, and IT assets
Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security practices
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in IT support or desktop support role
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Office 365, etc.)
Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices
