As Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a defining role in cementing our leadership in this rapidly expanding industry. This is more than an executive role; it is a chance to lead a world-class marketing organisation at a company on the cusp of becoming the next technology unicorn. With annual revenues already surpassing $50m and growing fast, we are looking for a CMO who can create billions of dollars of value as we scale towards our next major liquidity milestone.

Your Mission

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to define and scale the global voice of iProov. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead a world-class marketing engine of 17 people that accelerates international growth, elevates our brand authority, and positions iProov at the center of the global cybersecurity conversation. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, you will be responsible for transforming our extraordinary technology into a dominant global brand.

What You Bring

You are an experienced marketing leader who has helped scale high-growth technology companies through their most critical stages of expansion. You have a proven ability to take a technical, science-led product and build a high-visibility brand and a narrative that commands the market’s attention, positioning the company as the definitive industry leader. With deep experience in the US market and a background in building successful direct and partner-led growth engines, you know how to take an existing technical advantage and turn it into long-term, global category dominance.

Professional Experience

  • Narrative & Storytelling: A track record of translating complex, science-based threat intelligence into a compelling narrative that moves the conversation from "compliance" to "existential security imperative" for Boards and CISOs.
  • Market Influence: Proven ability to build an outsized international brand, particularly in the USA, establishing authority through expert analyst relations (Gartner/Forrester) and high-profile global speaking opportunities.
  • GTM & Channel Mastery: Expertise in architecting comprehensive GTM strategies, including targeted ABM and scaling partner marketing programs (leveraging MDF) to drive growth through global channel ecosystems.
  • Growth Architecture: Success in creating high-performing demand generation systems that grow audiences and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Scale-up Leadership: Experience leading marketing in high-growth cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS, scaling organisations from tens to hundreds of millions in revenue.

Category Leadership & Narrative

  • Institutionalise the "Proof of Personhood" narrative as the indispensable infrastructure for the AI era.
  • Craft the strategy that distinguishes iProov as the standout vendor in the AI-threat landscape. 

Your mandate: Make iProov synonymous with trust in the Agentic AI ecosystem.

Enterprise Growth & GTM Architecture

  • Partner with Product and Revenue teams to deliver effective GTM strategies across key sectors and partner ecosystems.
  • Lead the business toward its next milestone of $100m+ revenue through sophisticated demand generation.

Product Marketing & Differentiation

  • Translate complex technology into simple, persuasive positioning that reinforces strategic differentiation.
  • Develop best-in-class, industry-focused sales enablement for global direct and channel teams. 

Your mandate: Every narrative must reinforce our technical and scientific lead.

Marketing Operations & Budget Stewardship

  • Own and manage the full marketing budget with disciplined resource allocation aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Build a modern marketing tech stack (including AEO/GEO optimisation) that enables total performance transparency.
  • Establish rigorous KPI frameworks and board-level reporting to ensure investment drives measurable outcomes. 

Your mandate: Operational excellence is non-negotiable.

Leadership & Organisational Scale

  • Lead and develop a high-performance global marketing team, cultivating a culture of ambition and operational excellence.
  • Build deep alignment across Product, Sales, Finance, and the Executive Leadership Team.
