  • Ensure we have the right structure to optimise growth in a multi-product company.
  • Ensure we have the right mix of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • A solid understanding of technology trends, software development processes, and emerging technologies to make informed product decisions.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: analyzing data and using metrics to make informed product decisions and iterate on product offerings.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the executive team and key stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives and overall company direction.
  • Present product updates, strategies, and performance reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure that all products and services comply with relevant industry regulations and privacy standards, particularly with regard to identity and data protection.

Customer Focus:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and use cases to design solutions that address real-world challenges and provide exceptional value.

Pricing:

  • Develop and implement effective product pricing strategies across a growing range of products, which maximise profitability while remaining competitive in the identity sector market.
  • Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and cost structures to set optimal pricing for each product offering.
