The Role

As the world leader in consumer-facing biometrics iProov are now bringing our expertise to the Workforce. Cybercriminals are utilising AI attacks and impersonation to launch high profile attacks on the world’s enterprises and we believe that strong biometric assurance integrated with workforce identity platforms can protect them - and their customers.
We need a new Head of Product to help lead this exciting new business line and adapt our existing solutions for this industry. As the product leader for Workforce, you will be the central hub in our business for the product strategy, approach and GTM activity. You’ll take full ownership of the product line within a team of fellow Heads running our other product suites. This is a greenfield leadership opportunity to shape our strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market approach for a critical product pillar.
You will work cross-functionally as well as directly with enterprise customers to ensure our product meets the evolving security and usability needs of large-scale organisations facing workforce access and identity challenges.

What we would like to see from you
You will have experience working in high growth, fast paced tech-first environments. You are passionate about building & launching quality products that have a positive impact.
You’re an experienced product leader with a background in security, identity (IAM), or enterprise SaaS. You combine strategic vision with operational rigour, and you’re motivated by delivering usable, secure, and elegant solutions to complex technical problems.
