The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Senior Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, operations, and people leadership. In this role, you’ll balance mentoring a small team, diving into data-driven investigations, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that ensure our biometric platform is robust, ethical, and continuously improving.

Mentor and support the team of Operations Analysts
Optimise the biometric platform:
Work with the product team, model engineers and Developers to facilitate the deployment of new biometric systems/models:
Design and use analysis and diagnostic tooling:
Work with the support team to investigate customer concerns:
This role blends hands-on data analysis, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our biometric platform is fair, reliable, and continuously improving.
