The Role
 

Reports to: Head of Biometric Platform

Location: WeWork Waterloo, London - Hybrid

Comp: Up to £60k (Base) + Company Performance Bonus (10%) + Share Options + iProov Benefits

We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Senior Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, operations, and people leadership. In this role, you’ll balance mentoring a small team, diving into data-driven investigations, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that ensure our biometric platform is robust, ethical, and continuously improving.

How you can make an impact 

 

Mentor and support the team of Operations Analysts

  • Work with the product team to assign work to analysts, managing their workload and project expectations
  • Ensure the team is motivated and understand the tasks assigned to them.
  • Ensure the team have the time and resources to be able to do their work to a high standard
  • Support the team in their career and learning goals

 

Optimise the biometric platform:

  • Manage configuration improvement opportunities, including comms with stakeholders and technical teams
  • Understand the potential impact of configuration and model changes on the wider biometric platform

 

Work with the product team, model engineers and Developers to facilitate the deployment of new biometric systems/models:

  • Prioritise and coordinate releases
  • Ensure thorough evaluation of the systems/models
  • Optimise the configuration
  • Track performance as changes go into production

 

Design and use analysis and diagnostic tooling:

  • Communicate trends to the wider business
  • Identify, understand, and eliminate bias within the platform, collaborating where needed

 

Work with the support team to investigate customer concerns:

  • Have a good understanding of the Biometric platform
  • Manage and keep track of tickets and resulting actions
  • Coordinate the investigation of performance concerns
  • Answer customer question
