Our Role
As we embark on the next stage of our exciting and ambitious growth journey, there is a need for a Technology Ops Engineer, with a passion for solving problems, excellent communication skills, delivering outstanding customer service, collaborating, across internal functions, to join our growing and tightly knit IT community.
Together, we will realise the full potential for IT to deliver goals and drive innovation to support the business through its next stage of hyper-growth. The work will be fast paced & challenging, but well supported and rewarding with plenty of opportunities for growth and progression.
How you’ll make an impact
Provide both onsite and remote support (change requests and tickets/incidents) to end-users on both macOS and Windows
Deploy, support & maintain IT hardware & software
Maintain and manage asset register and procurement
Enterprise Application Management & Supplier Management experience is desirable (From administrating licences & accounts through to auditing applications/software to VPN/Net work)
Participate in joiners, movers and leavers processes & procedures (From account creation, device configuration/build through to access removal, device/data wipes and account deletion)
Support and administer IT systems including Hexnode, Office 365, Google etc
Support corporate network infrastructure
Assist in core infrastructure projects from inception to delivery
Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation to resolve technical issues and identify solutions
Assist with providing technical expertise and support on company-wide projects
Produce high quality technical and user-centric documentation

Ideally you will have
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable with good knowledge of macOS & Windows (Google & Microsoft offerings).
Basic knowledge of MDM solutions , security and auditing software
An understanding of network technologies including firewalls, content filters, routing/switching, VLANs and wireless networks is helpful
Good knowledge of installing, servicing and supporting meeting room AV communication equipment
Proven ability to produce high quality technical & user centric documentation
Worked previously in a flexible hybrid working environment (3 days in the office)
